Yes of course! We want to make sure you are comfortable with your team members before services begin. Please note, as our team grows, you will have your own team members assigned to your home to care for your pets.

Your card will be ran from our app, and payments are withdrawn every Tuesday, it may take a couple days before it’s reflected on your banking statement.

We sure do, we use Scout. Upon booking, we will send you a link to get your account started. From here you can schedule services with us, add your billing information, add pets to your account, and get live updates (when a team member enters or leaves your home, as well as a report card with pictures!).
