Please review the client contract on Scout thoroughly as it contains important information about our services. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the FAQs page, as well as the details regarding additional charges and add-on services. Your understanding of these resources will help ensure a smooth and informed experience with our services.

Our pricing reflects the careful consideration, love, and time we dedicate to caring for your pets. These rates also encompass the mileage from our location to yours. Our additional charges are essential to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care, while our team members are fairly compensated for their dedication and expertise. We believe in providing exceptional service and transparency to meet the needs of both pets and clients alike.

Pet Sitting

  • Drop In Visits

    Clients have the option to select appointments from 7am to 9pm. They can choose between 30-minute visits, 1-hour visits, or customize their schedule! Rates cover mileage and tax.

    If client requests visit before 7am, this is called a “Sunrise” visit, please refer to that service for pricing.

    If client requests visit after 9pm, this is called “Almost Overnight” visit, please refer to that service for pricing.

    Cat Only Houses:

    An additional pet fee for visits only applies if there are three or more cats in the home (THIS ONLY APPLIES TO 30-MINUTE VISITS). For hour-long visits, an additional pet fee will be charged.

    Base Rate: $22 per half-hour visit or $30 per one-hour visit.

    Additional Pets: Each additional pet adds $2.50 for a half-hour visit and $5 for a one-hour visit.

    Medication (mixed in food): +$0

    Medication (oral/topical/drops): +$3 per pet

    Medication (injection): +$5 per pet

    Access to fully-fenced backyard: +$0

    15 to 20-minute walk:

    - $5 for one dog

    - $10 for two dogs

    As the temperatures rise here in Florida, the safety and well-being of your pets remain our top priority. Please understand that if the heat index or temperature reaches levels that could pose a risk to your pet's health, we reserve the right to cancel walks(This does not apply for only leash walk policy.) This decision is made to protect your furry friends from heat-related issues.

  • Doggy Day Care

    Available at the pet's home or the team member's home. Full hours must be requested. Rates cover mileage and tax.

    Base Rate: $45 for 2 hours

    Additional Pets: Each additional pet incurs an additional charge of $5, applicable to the first hour only.

    Additional Hours:

    After the two hours at the Team Member’s Home, the rate is an extra $10 per hour.

    At the Pet’s Home, the rate increases by an additional $15 per hour after the first two hours.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION :

    Please be aware that for doggy daycare services in your home, bookings must be made in full-hour increments. For example, if you request care from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, you will still be charged for the full hour from 8am to 9am. Additionally, we do not offer doggy daycare during holiday weeks to accommodate other clients' needs, as holidays are our busiest time of the year. We strictly adhere to the times booked in advance, and requests for early arrivals may be denied. Please keep in mind that we have other clients to take care of as well. Since doggy daycare is a longer service (multiple hours), we require bookings to be made at least a week in advance.

  • Overnights

    Team members will stay overnight at your house from 10pm to 7am. Any request from a client for an earlier arrival or later departure will incur additional charges, for extended overnight stays, please contact us for pricing details.

    Rate: $75 a night + $9.50 additional pet fee

    Anytime between 9pm - 11pm. This will be a 40 minute visit.

  • express visit

    Ideal for clients exclusively needing basic care such as food refills, water level checks, and litter box cleaning for their cats. This option excludes cats requiring medication. Visit times may be adjusted to accommodate our team's schedule. Visits are limited to 15 minutes. Rates cover mileage and tax.

    Base Rate: $15 / per visit

  • Quick Check-Up

    These visits are scheduled for a maximum of 20 minutes. For pet walks, we recommend booking a 30-minute visit. Please note that during these visits, we strictly adhere to a leash-walk policy ONLY.

    Base Rate : $17

Extra Charges and Add-ons

  • Leash Policy

    When a pet is taken outside on a leash, an additional charge will be applied. This includes various scenarios such as apartment buildings, condominiums, unfenced backyards, broken fences, front yard access, and walks lasting less than fifteen to twenty minutes.

    For the safety of your pet, we strictly enforce the rule that pets must not be allowed to roam freely outside unless they are contained within a secure, enclosed yard. This policy ensures the safety of your pet while they are under the care of our team members, even in your absence. Please note that this policy applies specifically to instances where the pet is taken outside briefly and not given a full walk.

    Kindly be informed that the base rate for our leash policy is an additional $3.

  • Medication Charges

    We are willing to give any pet their medication as they need it, although the following will apply.

    Pets receiving injections or oral treatment will incur a modest fee. The increased liability of care is the cause of this. Please find the information below:

    Medication (In Food): Medication that is wrapped or concealed inside of pill pockets, wet food, cheese, deli meat, or other items is considered to be "in food", and there is no additional cost. (+$0)

    Medication (Oral/Topical/Drops): This fee will be incurred if the client requests that we hold the pet, open their mouth, massage their neck, or give any other additional mechanisms while administering an oral, topical, or drop medication. (+$3/pet)

    Medication (Injections): In the event that the customer asks a team member to give an injection of any kind, such as insulin, chemotherapy, antibiotics, etc. (+$5/pet)

    (Since pets can be stubborn at times, we will talk with you about any issues we uncover if your pet is not taking the medication as prescribed and decide whether to charge for it going ahead.

    Please be aware that we reserve the right to withhold giving your pet medication if they act aggressively while doing so. You will be informed of this decision.

  • Additional Meet and Greet

    We are delighted to offer our clients a complimentary initial meet & greet session. However, please note that an additional charge of $15 will apply if the client requests the same team member to attend another meet & greet without any changes to the schedule, location, or animals.

  • Cancellation Fee

    Please note that any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation surcharge of 75% of the visit price. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with last-minute adjustments and ensures fairness to our dedicated pet sitters.

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we always strive to accommodate our customers as best we can. Your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy are greatly appreciated.

  • Less than 24 hour notice

    To ensure we can provide the best care possible for your pet, bookings must be made amore than 24 hours in advance of the desired service time.

    Please note that any bookings made within 24 hours of the service will incur a 75% surcharge for late booking This fee helps us accommodate last minute scheduling adjustments and ensures that our pet sitters can give your pet the attention and care they deserve.

    We are committed to providing exceptional care for your beloved pets throughout the year, including holidays. As part of our dedication to maintaining high-quality service during peak times, we implement a holiday surcharge to ensure our availability and the best possible care for your furry friends.

    Please be advised that a 25% surcharge will be applied to all pet sitting services scheduled on the following major holidays:

    • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

    • Mother’s Day

    • Memorial Day

    • Father’s Day

    This surcharge helps us compensate our dedicated staff for their commitment to caring for your pets during these special times. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining the high standard of service you expect from us.

  • Key Pick up/Drop off

    Key pickup or key return (that occurs separately from the Meet & Greet or final pet visit) is $15. We kindly suggest that you leave a key out where it is accessible to all the team members on your team, to avoid this charge.

    As professional pet sitters, we prioritize maintaining a clean, flea-free environment for the safety and well-being of all our clients. Therefore, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding fleas. This policy is designed to protect not only the pets in our care but also to prevent the potential spread of fleas to other animals.

    All pets entrusted to us must be free of fleas. Should any instance of fleas be identified during a pet's stay with us, we will take immediate action. Depending on the severity, this may include prompt treatment or, in more serious cases, termination of the sitting arrangement to safeguard the health of all pets under our supervision.

  • Vaccinations
